A Note from The Virtual Wall Seven men died when the right cargo door separated from UH-1D tail number 64-13722 shortly after take-off. The door hit the main rotor blades and the Huey broke up in flight, crashed, and burned. The seven men were Aircrew, 118th AHC 1LT James L. Ante, Covington, KY WO Ricky P.
