Curtis John Williams is from Evarts, Kentucky. He had a sister who loved him very much, Alice Caudill from Evarts. Alice was married to my brother, Jack Caudill.

I am the sister-in-law of Alice Caudill. Curtis' mother Bonnie Williams also loved him, and so did his brother, Coburn Williams.
