Captain Valtr served our country with MACV Advisory Teams 88 and 44 in the Phu Duc and Gia Dinh Provinces of South Vietnam. I had the honor of presenting Captain Valtr's name to the Ysleta Independent School District Board when they were considering naming the new Bel Air High School football facility for him.
