State of New York Conspicuous Service Cross My brother David graduated from Syracuse University in 1964 where he was a member of Delta Upsilon Franternity. Upon graduation he entered the Air Force. David was very committed to service to his country.

In addition to his US Air Force decorations, he was awarded the State of New York's Conspicuous Service Cross.
