Frederick Wayne Taylor, called "Butch" by everyone who knew him, was one of the kindest men I have ever known. I knew Butch when I was a senior in high school. He always had a smile for everyone and I never heard him say anything bad about anyone he knew. The world lost a great person on May 15, 1968. Rest in peace and know that a lot of people will never forget you or forget what you did for your Country.

From his high school sweetheart.
