To all who read this memorial, Greetings. Let it be known that this man, PFC Carlos James Rose, USMC was a hero before he died in service to our country. He was loved and cherished by family and friends. He served with honor and sacrificed all. Thank you brother, from your brothers in arms who started this journey with you at Parris Island.
