Wade, although more than 30 years have gone by since you fell in Viet Nam, you are still remembered lovingly for the way you were my brother and reverently for the way you volunteered for the draft, even knowing you would go to Viet Nam. The honor and respect you and other fallen or surviving Viet Nam vets deserve is just coming now in our beloved country. Our generation has much to grieve, and I am excited that the computer has given us a way to do that collectively and personally. I have been told by 2 men who were with you when you died that you died with honor, waving your arms toward the American helicoptor overhead to let him know Americans were below. That sounds like the you I knew. Protective and brave. God bless you and anyone else who served in Viet Nam. May all of you walk with pride and honor yourselves for the service to your country.Love, Marcia
