CPL Willard Sherwin Prescott 2168792 was a rifleman in M Company Third Battalion Fourth Marines. Willard perished in the service of his country on May 29, 1967 in Quang Tri Province, Republic of Vietnam. Mike Company was engaged by a numerically superior force of NVA regulars.
