The National Archives lists James Allen Moen's town of record as Summer, a mis-spelling of Sumner, Washington.

He was a graduate of the Class of 1965 from Sumner High School, Sumner WA. As a Senior he played football, wrestled, ran track, and was a member of the Pep Club.

James Allen Moen is remembered on Faces From The Wall , a website honoring the Washington State men whose names are on the Vietnam Memorial Wall.

A Note from The Virtual Wall
