Dad,

There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about you. I wish I had been old enough to remember but that was not they way it ended up. I love and miss you, Dad.

Scott, I served with your dad at LZ Uplift in 1970, he was a fine man and someone you can be proud of. I was with B/3/503 and was in the field at the time the incident occured so all my knowledge of it is second hand. I do know of one officer who was in the TOC at the time of the attack and if you can find him, he could possibly have some answers for you. I'm not sure of his first name but it was Lt. Lady, he was a good officer and respected by his men.

I wish you only the best and offer my deepest condolences on the loss of your dad.
