To My Special Brother
Wayne Laney

You were only 20 years old and gone from our lives forever. We didn't have a chance to say goodbye or let you know how proud we were or to tell you once again that we loved you. But you were so brave and for that we will always honor you.

Soon your family will be recognized during The Moving Wall Ceremony that is coming to Indian Trail, NC. You will be one of 18 fallen heroes to be remembered and honored from Union County, NC.

See you in Heaven, my beloved brother,

Your Sister forever,
Lottie Watkins
Monroe, NC
