I am from a small town in Alabama. When I was 8 years old our neighbors' son David joined the Marines and before long shipped out to Vietnam. He never made it back home to us all. His name was David Lafferty, and this is my small way of saying "Thanks, David" for doing what was asked of you. David was very proud to be a Marine. We were and are proud of him. 41 and still thinking of you. Jeff |
