In your friend Tom Bennett's biography "Peaceful Patriot", I was touched by the impact of your friendship on Tom. Your death in Vietnam put a whole new face on that war for him and for all your friends in Morgantown, West Virginia. You were both in Vietnam by choice because you wanted to make a difference. You both paid the ultimate price, but live on in the hearts and minds of your family and friends. I didn't know you personally, but thought you should be remembered here with your friend Tom. Rest in peace, "Old Kovachi", and know that your quest for peace in this world goes on.
