Remembered by fellow Marines of Platoon 151, 1st., Bn., Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island. Graduated April 30, 1966. One of five Marines from Plt. 151 killed in action in Vietnam:
We will never forget your sacrifice to your country and Corps.
From a fellow Marine from Plt 151,
Terry, I think about you all the time.
You were one of my best friends in Vietnam and I will never forget how you used to talk about Ohio and what you would do when you got back.
I was the first to your side when you were hit and held you you like a baby even though I knew you were probably killed instantly.
I carried your body to the helicopter and felt bad about having to put you on a pile of other dead Marines.
I will always remember your quirky ways and that funny little mouth of yours.
Our Company went up that hill the next day and I was hit several times, but I was lucky and came home.
Semper Fi, my friend.
