We traveled to Viet Nam together, flew into Khe Sanh Combat Base and went to our units, I'm not sure what Company he went to. He was killed 20 days later, May of 68 Mini-Tet was going on and the NVA were attacking all units, it was the bloodest month in KIA's of Marines.
