BM3 Gerald Robert Horrell - KIA 1/5/69 - was from North Hollywood, CA - CosDiv11 action. PCFs 21, 71 and 93 probed the Song Ong Doc. Hostile fire resulted in one (1) US Navy KIA and two (2) US Navy wounded.
