I went through Army Flight Training Class 71-24 with Captain Harris. He provided prospective for less experienced officers during training. We remember his "blue freckles" from an accident he had due to the early detonation of an artillery round.

A Note from The Virtual WallCaptain Harris was killed when his OH-6A (tail number 67-16078) was shot down 2 kilometers south of Bu Dop airfield in Tay Ninh Province.
