The 264th Transportation Company lost three men on 18 May 1968:
  • SGT Carl E. Shirley, Louisville, KY;
  • SP4 Mark J. Carter, Thonotosassa, FL; and
  • SP4 Christopher J. Scherer, Long Island, NY.
Sa Huynh, also known as Thach By, is located on Highway QL-1, about 10 kilometers north-northeast of Tam Quang City in Quang Ngai Province.
