Lester is a distant cousin of mine. In researching my family tree, I came across his name. I had thought for years that our family had made it through Vietnam without losing anyone. I was shocked to find out otherwise.

Lester and I had never met as far as I can remember. However, he will always be in my prayers as are all of them on the Wall.

He was buried on 25 May 1970 in Plot V-0-942, Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, Texas.
