I wrote about Ken in a "free response" because he lived in Tennessee and he has my birthday. He seems like an outstanding man, receiving a Purple Heart. Kudos to you and you are remembered.

A Note from The Virtual Wall

According to the 1/5 Marines' Command Chronology, Lance Corporal Beckman was killed when a patrol encountered a VC platoon about 9 kilometers north-northeast of Hoi An.
