REMEMBERED |
First Sergeant Paul Henry Sheehan was a proud Marine of the old school. All who knew him and anyone even acquainted with him knew him as a gregarious, kind person with an unquenchable sense of humor. He was a devout Catholic who led his men to Mass each Sunday. He left behind a loving wife and eight children along with many other relatives and friends who loved and admired him for his honesty, compassion and forthrightness. We miss you Dad, even after all these years.
From his son, |
I served with 1stSgt Sheehan for about a year at Marine Barracks, Las Vegas (Lake Mead Base). He was the training NCO and I was his clerk He was just a great Marine and a great boss, had a great sense of humor, smoked a pipe and spoke fondly of his growing family. I do have a picture of him I would share with the family, I think of him often and keep him in my prayers. Rest in eternal joy, Marine ... Semper Fi.
