Army Private First Class Russell Edward Milberry, 20, son of Mr. & Mrs. Robert S. Milberry, Sr., was killed in action in Quang Tri Province on January 31, 1968.

He was a graduate of Francis Scott Key High School and was the fifth Carroll County, Maryland, resident killed in action in Vietnam. He was a medical corpsman with the 326th Medical Battalion of the 101st Airborne Division.

Milberry is buried at St. James Cemetery, New Windsor, Maryland.
