Richard was a classmate of ours at Miami Heights School in Cleves, OH, and a neighbor. He was a good hearted, gentle country boy and we are proud to have known him. His face appears in our school group photos and we just wanted eveyone to know he is not forgotten nor will his act of bravery and his sacrifice ever be overlooked by his friends and neighbors.
