A Note from The Virtual Wall The 2nd Battalion, 35th Infantry, lost three men on 27 Feb 1968: C Company: PFC Arthur W. Herod, Gorham, NY PFC Michael S. Kravchak, Roselle, NJ HQ Company: SP4 Dennis W. Jacobs, San Diego, CA SP4 Jacobs was a medic and very likely was in the field with Bravo Company - the circumstances of the three deaths are identical. Michael Steven Kravchak is remembered by his comrades-in-arms of the 35th Infantry
