Notes from The Virtual Wall

SP5 Larry Fullaway was assigned to the 336th Assault Helicopter Company and was a qualified aircrewman. It is noted that the casualty records indicate he was wounded in a ground action, and a search of the available helicopter incident records from 25 Jan 1968 until his death failed to identify the incident in which he was wounded.
