I think of you often, my friend ... did my first tour with you back in 1966 ... lost track of you the latter part of 67 over there. Saw you again at Fort Hood in 1968 - I was asigned to a cav unit there. Ran into you in Mexico while on 3 day pass ... Then I heard you had volunteered for Vietnam again and then you left Hood. I went TDY to Fort Knox that year to train on the new Sheridan tanks ... While there I picked up a copy of the Army Times one night and there was your name on the casualty list. I was saddened by your death and think of you and look for your name when ever the Moving Wall comes to my area of Texas.
Rest easy, bro.
