A Note from The Virtual Wall On 01 Nov 1969 a UH-1D (tail number 65-09721) was shot down near Ap Trai Bi, a hamlet on Highway TL-13 about 26 kilometers north-northwest of Tay Ninh City. Four aircrew and three MACV Advisors were killed in the incident: 116th AHC, 269th Avn Bn, 12th Avn Group 1LT Stanley A. Brown, Albany, NY WO Charles F. Danielson, Verona, PA SP5 Philip J. Enlow, Manhattan, KS SP5 Jimmy K. Harrison, Wichita, KS Advisory Team 90, MACV 1LT Oliver Coleman, Key West, FL (Silver Star) 1LT Michael A. De Magnin, Ridgewood, NJ SSG Gilbert E. Wallace, Indianapolis, IN
