As a child growing up in Crenshaw, Mississippi, I remember Ralph as a very impressive young man. Although he was seven years older than me, I will never forget him because he always took time with us younger kids. Then on one horrible day when on my way to work as a teenager, I was stopped by a military group asking for directions to his family's home in Crenshaw, and I knew immediately it was bad news. I was very upset and have always remembered his family and his precious wife in my prayers. I will forever remember Ralph, and look forward to seeing him again when I join him in Heaven.
