Henry was a friend and former classmate of mine, we went through grade school and graduated together in 1957. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved all the girls which earned him the title of "Biggist Flirt" for our senior yearbook features. He was very well liked by all, and treated everone equally. He went directly to The Citadel upon graduation. It is my understanding that Henry accompanied the body of Captain David Ragin home for burial in the Arlington National Cemetery, then returned to Vietnam and shortly thereafter gave his own life for his country. I am submitting this for all Henry's friends from the Class of 1957. He gave his life for us, this is the least we can do for him.
