Larry A Crisci is on the Vietnam Veterans
Memorial, panel 20E line 13.
Larry Crisci was born in New York City,
January 31, 1946. He grew up on the upper eastside of Manhattan.
He was drafted in December 1965. His basic training was at Fort
Lewis, Washington, where he was also trained as an Armored
Personnel Carrier driver.
He arrived in Vietnam September 1966. On May 17, 1967 while on
foot patrol and advancing on an ambushed company they encountered
small arms fire. Larry was killed while radioing enemy position
information and in the process of returning fire.
I would like to thank his buddies from B Company for collecting
and sending their monetary gift and requesting a remembrance. On
his memorial head stone my family honored your request.
It reads:
