Dave was a classmate of mine at Burlington High School. We graduated in 1967. He still has family living in the immediate area. I have been to "The Wall" in Washington, D. C. and have an etching of his name. I also have an etching of his name from a travelling "Wall". We have honored Dave at each of our five-year class reunions along with another classmate we lost in Vietnam, Thomas John Roberts. We also had several classmates who served and were seriously wounded. The Class of '67 is extremely proud of Dave and Tom and their willingness to give "the last full measure". We continue to support our troops today in their memory, and in memory of all who have served and continue to serve the United States of America.
