25 Feb 2005 Michael Thomas Calandrino was KIA 36 years ago today. Mike and I were engaged, 2 years before he went to Vietnam. Mike is always in my heart. Today I went to Camp Butler, his last place of rest. I took two Budweiser beers, poured one on his grave and left the other one by the head of the stone. This was something between the 2 of us. Even tho you are in heaven with all your buddies, killed the same day you were, you are still missed. Some say that time heals, but it only gets a little easier each day.
