Bill, you knew when you enlisted in the MARINES, you might be called upon to make the supreme sacrifice.
Unfortunately, you now have more members of the US military,
Your little brother Steve
P.S. Bill, you know this already. |
Bill - You already know this, however I wanted to take the time to let you know that I think you have a very special brother. Although I have never met him, he was very kind to me and took the time to say hello to me and give me information about the Combined Action Program and other sites I had not been aware of. My father was killed in Vietnam the day after you were ... and I understand how your brother feels. You and my father along with thousands of other wonderful servicemen, fathers, husbands, brothers, etc, will never be forgotten by those of us you left behind. We do appreciate all you tried to do for your country. Those who serve will always be honored and never forgotten. My highest regards to you and your brother -
