My brother Paul was killed in a hotel bombing in Qui Nhon, Viet Nam, in the early part of the Viet Nam Conflict. His base had been flooded out and they were moved to temporary quarters in the hotel. An enemy soldier on a suicide mission bombed the hotel killing many of our American Soldiers.

I will always love you...
You will always be a part of me...
I still remember your infectious laugh, smile and whistle...
You were so big...
I was so little...
You made me giggle when you carried me on your shoulders...
I felt safe when I was in your presence..
You protected as if I were your little girl...
I saw a perfect person in you...
You saw a part of me in you...
I asked you to marry me when I grew up...
You laughed with uncertainty and told me you were too old...
I ADORED YOU...
You were so knowing in my mind...
I was so young and unknowing in your mind...
You were my guardian angel...
I was your angel...
You were so brave...
I watched you as you rode out of sight to guard the nation...
You will ALWAYS be my HERO! I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU!
